Standing Up & Crawling

Continuing to catch up on pictures & videos, Evie has been doing a lot of standing up on her own strength, if not her own balance. She can hold onto something and keep herself balanced, but not balance on her own yet.

In bigger news, Evie had a breakthrough this weekend, when she started figuring out how to crawl. She has been getting up on her hands and knees for a couple of weeks, and gets her motor going, but shejust couldn't get the transmission into Drive. The video you see below is the second time she ever crawled forward, and the first time that either Rhiana of I saw it. Her first time was with me, but I was busy with something else and didn't see it. She just happened to be about 4 feet away from where I had put her. So you're seeing this as we're seeing it.
